Here you will find a practical checklist for mentors at schools hosting music education students for an internship abroad. The guidelines cover internship preparation, student support, and evaluation of the placement. The focus is on fostering a co-constructive collaboration between mentor and student. Learning objectives: - To be able to prepare students for their joint work at the school, both organizationally and in terms of content. - To be able to co-constructively support students during their placement. - To be able to moderate lesson evaluations and reflections. - To be able to recognize potential difficulties and support their resolution. - To be able to evaluate learning outcomes together with the student.
